Browsing the website, completing an assessment or submitting an enquiry does not create admission, paid enrolment, employment, professional advice, university affiliation or a third-party partnership.
2. Educational purpose
Our programs and materials are provided for education and skill development. Examples may simplify real business or technical situations and may not include every constraint that applies in a workplace, production system or regulated environment.

4. Career support and outcomes
Eligible learners receive structured career preparation, including resume, LinkedIn and portfolio guidance, three mock interviews, job-portal access, interview and referral support, placement drives and 90 days of active placement assistance.
These services do not guarantee an interview, internship, job, freelance engagement, promotion, salary increase or other career outcome. Employers make their own hiring and compensation decisions. Results vary with learner effort, prior experience, role fit, location, portfolio quality, interview performance and market conditions.
5. Certificate and recognition
Learners who meet the applicable completion requirements receive a digitally verifiable Certificate of Completion issued by Skillsbiz Education.
The certificate records program completion. It is not a degree, university qualification, professional licence, government-issued credential or third-party vendor certification unless an enrolment document expressly states otherwise. Acceptance or recognition by an employer, institution or regulatory body is determined by that organisation.
6. Employer names and logos
Employer names and logos displayed on this website are examples of employers in the wider data, analytics and AI industry. They do not indicate that the organisation:
- is a hiring or placement partner of Skillsbiz Education;
- endorses the School or its programs;
- has reviewed or approved the curriculum; or
- has committed to interview, employ or offer internships to learners.
7. Third-party trademarks and product names
Names such as Python, Power BI, Tableau, AWS, Google Cloud, GitHub and OpenAI are used descriptively to identify tools, platforms or market context. All third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
A reference does not imply sponsorship, certification, endorsement, affiliation or commercial partnership unless expressly stated in writing.
8. Projects, datasets and business examples
Program projects use public or synthetic datasets and India-relevant business scenarios unless expressly stated otherwise. They are educational portfolio work—not paid client assignments or evidence that a named organisation supplied data, commissioned the project or achieved the result.
Any published learner story, client case study or business-impact figure will be identified separately and used only with appropriate evidence and permission.
9. AI-generated outputs
Generative AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased or insecure output. Treat generated text, code, analysis and recommendations as material requiring verification—not as an authoritative result.

10. Tools, software and technology
Software interfaces, pricing, licences, APIs, features and technical requirements change over time. Screens and workflow examples may therefore differ from the current version of a tool.
Listing a technology does not guarantee perpetual availability of a particular vendor, version, free tier, API, certification or integration. Skillsbiz Education may update tools or examples while preserving the published learning objectives.
11. Third-party websites and services
Programs and this website may use third-party services for live classes, cloud infrastructure, coding, payments, authentication or other functions. Those services operate under their own terms, privacy notices, pricing, availability and security practices.
Skillsbiz Education does not control a third party’s content, uptime or policy changes. Review the provider’s terms before creating an account, purchasing a service or uploading data.

An enquiry, assessment or application does not confirm admission, reserve a seat or create a paid enrolment. Current fees, GST, payment arrangements, cohort availability, access and refund conditions are confirmed during enrolment.

14. Website availability
We aim to provide a reliable website but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Devices, networks, hosting systems, third-party platforms and software defects may affect availability or presentation.
If a technical error affects an enrolment or payment, the transaction records, confirmation and applicable policies determine the outcome. An on-screen error alone does not create or cancel a transaction.
