Enquiry and application forms
When you submit a form, the website sends your name, email address, mobile number, enquiry source and the relevant details you entered to the Skillsbiz Education lead-capture service. The private API credential is handled by our server and is not exposed in browser code.
Career Assessment
The assessment calculates your result in your browser. Your individual answers are not submitted by completing the assessment. If you request counselling, the contact details and recommended program shown in the follow-up form are sent to Skillsbiz Education.
Your consent
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed before your request or processing that is required for another lawful reason.
6. Cookies, analytics and advertising
The website currently sets essential security and session cookies. These support cross-site request forgery protection, maintain a secure session and enable form submissions. The current configuration gives these cookies a two-hour lifetime, although your browser or a future security configuration may affect their duration.
We do not currently run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session-replay tools or comparable marketing trackers on this website. Read the Cookie Policy for details.

Form submissions are sent to Skillsbiz Education for enquiry handling. We may also use service providers that support website hosting, communications, learning platforms, customer support, security or payments.
